About Us

Our Story

Support2achieve was founded in Sheffield in 2021We also work in Leeds, Luton, Cardiff and Birmingham.

Our Vision

Our vision is to develop and deliver services centered on the needs of the people who use them, services that provide solutions and a positive way forward to a better life.

We focus on outcomes, impact and achieving a good Social Return on Investment. We collaborate with smaller social landlords who care and are specialists, such as Green Bridge Housing.

With a person-centred approach and tailor-made services, the support we offer varies according to the needs of the individual. Working with established care and support providers and statutory services where necessary, we can assist individuals with finances and budgeting, domestic chores, further education, getting a job and emotional stability.
We want people to feel part of the community and to build relationships to strengthen their resilience.

A case study -helping people succeed

James (name changed to protect privacy) came to Support2achieve as a hospital discharge, having been a Class A drug user. Initially, we supported him in doing voluntary work with the housing maintenance team while he lived in supported accommodation. James built his confidence sufficiently to live independently in a council house and started working for the housing maintenance team. He has now become a manager in housing maintenance. He has moved from being a drug user to being a successful contributing member of the community.
